You're probably already paying for the tools. We make SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Excel and Power Automate actually work together — so the subscription earns its keep.

Who This Is For

Paying for 100% of Microsoft 365, using 10%

Most small businesses run on Outlook and Excel and never touch the rest. The rest is where the hours are.

The Outlook-and-Excel Business

Everything lives in the inbox

Jobs tracked in email, approvals by forwarded messages, the real system is whoever remembers.

The SharePoint-Weary

Files everywhere, found nowhere

SharePoint was set up once, grew wild, and now nobody trusts the search box.

The Copy-Paste Team

Forms in, retyping out

Data arrives in Forms or email and gets manually retyped into spreadsheets, twice, by two different people.

Problems It Solves

What we untangle

Example Builds

What Power Automate looks like in practice

Built from real client work — with the numbers to match.

Automatic file management

A daily one-hour filing task cut to 5 minutes — a 92% reduction — with files named, filed and backed up automatically.

Forms → SharePoint → action

A form submission creates the record, notifies the right person and starts the workflow. No retyping anywhere.

Approval workflows

Leave, purchases, quotes and documents approved in Teams or Outlook with a full audit trail — no forwarded email chains.

Licence & access governance

For one client, 600+ licences are now governed automatically — onboarding admin went from 8 hours a week to 30 minutes.

Document generation

Letters and documents generated from templates and data — 300+ letters automated for one organisation, batches cut from an hour to minutes.

Reporting without the shuffle

Excel and Power BI reporting compiled automatically — one client went from hundreds of spreadsheets to zero.

FAQ

Common questions

We already pay for Microsoft 365 — why isn't this stuff just built in?

It mostly is. Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint and Planner are sitting inside most business 365 subscriptions, switched on and unused. What's missing is someone to connect them to how your business actually works — that's the part we do.

Do we need premium Power Automate licences?

Often not — a surprising amount can be built on standard licensing. Where a premium connector genuinely is needed, we flag the cost before anything is built, so there are no licensing surprises later.

Can you fix our SharePoint mess?

Usually, yes. Most SharePoint problems are structure problems — libraries that grew without a plan. We restructure around how your team actually files and finds things, then add automation so it stays tidy without anyone policing it.

Who owns the workflows you build?

You do. Everything runs in your Microsoft tenant through a service account your business controls — not through our accounts. If we disappeared tomorrow, your automations would keep running.

Do you train our team as well?

Yes — training and handover documentation are part of every build. We've established a Microsoft Centre of Excellence for a client whose team now identifies problems and builds solutions themselves. That's the goal: capability, not dependency.
