Website & workflow automation

Your website, forms, emails and spreadsheets shouldn't all be doing separate little dances. We connect the dots so work moves properly — from enquiry to job to invoice without anyone retyping a thing.

Who This Is For

When your website is a brochure, not a worker

A website should feed your business, not just describe it.

The Inbox Business

Enquiries land and sit

Website enquiries arrive in an inbox, wait for someone to notice, then get retyped into a spreadsheet or CRM.

The Manual Booker

Bookings handled by hand

Confirmations, reminders and reschedules all done manually — and the occasional double-booking to apologise for.

The Disconnected Shop

Orders that don't reach the books

Sales on the website, accounting in Xero, stock in a spreadsheet — three systems, zero conversations between them.

Problems It Solves

The gap between your website and your work

Example Automations

What "connected" looks like

Enquiry → CRM → acknowledgement

A form submission creates the client record, alerts the right person, and sends a same-minute acknowledgement in your voice.

Bookings that run themselves

Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups triggered automatically — fewer no-shows, no manual juggling.

Quote requests → draft quotes

Structured enquiry forms feed a templated quote draft, so quoting takes minutes instead of evenings.

Website → accounting

Orders and payments flowing into Xero or your accounting system without re-entry.

Lead notifications, anywhere

High-value enquiries pushed straight to your phone or Teams, so the fast response wins the job.

One view of the pipeline

Enquiry to invoice in one place. We've built live lead-to-invoice reporting that helped a client scale across three states.

How It Works

Connect, test, then switch over

01

Map the journey

We follow a real enquiry from your website to invoice and note every manual touch along the way.

02

Design the wiring

The right connections for your platform and tools — chosen after the workflow is understood.

03

Build alongside

New workflows built and tested next to the existing setup. Nothing switches until it's proven.

04

Train & hand over

Your team knows how it works, owns the accounts it runs in, and can adjust it without us.

You're thinking

"An enquiry comes in — and someone retypes it three times."

That's usually because the connections came before the understanding. The right connections for your platform and tools — chosen after the workflow is understood.

You're thinking

"We can't risk the website while this gets built."

"Our team won't adopt it."

FAQ

Common questions

Can you work with our existing website?

Almost always, yes. Most platforms — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and others — can be connected to your back-office systems. We work with what you have; rebuilding is the exception, not the default.

Do we need a new website first?

Only if the current one is genuinely holding you back — and we'll tell you honestly either way. We also design and build websites, so if a rebuild does make sense, the site and the workflows behind it get built as one system rather than two separate projects.

What systems can you connect our website to?

Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel), Xero, common CRMs, booking systems and most modern tools with an integration or API. The exact wiring — Power Automate, Make, n8n or native integrations — is chosen after we understand the workflow.

Is website automation expensive for a small business?

Connecting a website to your back office is usually one of the smaller automation jobs — and one of the fastest to pay for itself, because every enquiry and booking stops being retyped. Start with an Efficiency Audit and you'll see the numbers before committing.

Will we lose enquiries while things are being connected?

No. New workflows are built and tested alongside the existing setup, and we only switch over once both you and we have seen it work. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
